Arca Platforms provides maritime cybersecurity and compliance monitoring services. Our services include passive network monitoring, AI-powered threat detection, and compliance reporting tools.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing plan you select. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. SMS and Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Arca Platforms for the following purposes:
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes for account security.
- Critical security alerts and notifications regarding your fleet.
- Service updates and maintenance notices.
Message Frequency: You may receive up to 10 messages per month for security alerts and service notifications. Two-factor authentication messages are sent as needed when you log in.
How to Opt-Out: You may opt-out of non-essential SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Arca Platforms or by contacting our customer care team. Please note that opting out may limit your ability to use certain security features, particularly two-factor authentication.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology provided by Arca Platforms are the exclusive property of Arca Platforms Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arca Platforms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
